It is so unfortunate that x23 left. I'll try my best to help based on my knowledge about rogues from my reading.
Spec and glyphs look good. However, gem choice is a bit funny. Generally speaking concerning ArmPen for any classes (unless rogues are different), you shouldn't gem any ArmPen at all until you are close to the ArmPen cap (including trinket procs), which is 1400. After excluded ArmPen gem, you need to check the spreadsheet to see whether gemming Agi or Attack power is better for you. Once you have the answer, stick to that gem type and its variants and gem all the sockets accordingly. Also, you are well above Spell hit cap (with Precision, only 237 hit is needed assuming 3% hit debuff from Shadow Priests or Moonkins), so 20 hit gem is no good.
I see that you use a slow ilvl 251 MH and fast ilvl 264 OH. This part I'm not certain. Normally it is preferable to use slow MH and fast OH but your ilvl 264 axe has higher dps than the other axe. Have you checked in the spreadsheet to confirm your current setting provides better dps? Honestly I really don't know the answer for this case.
Concerning your WoL, you did quite well for Saurfang but the dps was a bit lower for other high movement fights. Well, I believe many people (including me) have similar problem too. One thing I notice is that your Slice and Dice uptime was ok for Saurfang (although still not as high as other rogues) but lower for other fights. I believe the problem is because apparently you are still using a
fixed rotation which is not ideal. According to
this EJ thread, combat rogues' current
priority is like this:
Quote:
Priority:
* Start up Slice and Dice however you please, really.
* Use cooldowns whenever possible. Killing spree + blade flurry, blade flurry +
adrenaline rush can be used. Adrenaline rush + killing spree is not recommended
due to energy capping.
1. Keep SnD up, no matter what the number of combo points are.
2. 5 point Eviscerate.
3. ToT when off cooldown, especially with 2pc T10.
The key to maintain high SnD uptime is point 1. You can't wait the whole cycle of Eviscerate and Rupture before using SnD again. You need to use SnD whenever it is about to drop. Also, it won't be easy to keep an eye on SnD duration all the time without an addon. There are many addons that can do the job. Power Auras Classic is the one I frequently suggest to people.
Another interesting thing here is it looks like the current recommendation for Combat Rogues is don't use Rupture at all. Rupture is probably going to remain useless for adds that are going to die in a few seconds, though there is rumor that it will be buffed in the next minor patch so you should stay tuned.
And since you have mentioned Feint, don't forget Vanish is a way more efficient aggro dump (100% dump unless resisted). The only downside is its long cooldown. Therefore, each has its uses in different situations.
I think it's about all I would like to comment. I'll try my best to help if you have any questions.
